I am lucky that I was able to attend in person 3 out of 4 of the classes in the Healing from Within series – taught by Marie Manuchehri & Dr. Sheila Dunn-Merritt. It is wonderful that I can re-visit the class I attended by simply watching the DVD. This DVD is so great to watch because Marie & Sheila present both the Western medicine approach along with a Holistic medicine approach to give the audience the best of both. You walk away feeling empowered on many levels and inspired to take your own personal health to a whole new level.
